We do not recommend exceeding 4,000 hours between maintenance. Beyond this interval, filter element clogging increases pressure drop and energy consumption, and degraded seals may cause leaks.
Check valves in PSA systems control the direction of flow through the sieve beds. A failing check valve causes cross-contamination between beds, reducing product purity and potentially damaging the molecular sieve.
