Ultra-Dry Air for Critical Applications — -40°C PDP, Heatless or Heated Regeneration
One tower dries while the other regenerates, providing continuous -40°C PDP air supply.
Heatless (pressure-swing) for simplicity; heated (external blower or internal heater) for energy efficiency.
Optimized cycle control reduces purge air consumption to 5–8% of rated flow.
Integral pre-filter, after-filter, and dew point monitoring for reliable sub-zero operation.
| Outlet Dew Point | -40°C PDP (standard), -70°C PDP (optional) |
| Flow Range | 0.5–200 Nm³/min |
| Regeneration | Heatless (pressure-swing), Heated blower, or Heated purge |
| Purge Loss | 5–15% depending on configuration |
| Desiccant Type | Activated alumina + molecular sieve |
| Max Pressure | 16 bar |
| Max Inlet Temp | 50°C |
| Pre/After Filter | Required (0.01 micron coalescing + dust removal) |
Choose a desiccant dryer when you need a pressure dew point below +3°C. Typical applications include: outdoor installations in cold climates, lithium battery dry rooms, semiconductor cleanrooms, and pharmaceutical facilities.
Desiccant typically lasts 3–5 years depending on inlet air quality and operating conditions. Annual purity testing is recommended.
