Key indicators: N₂ purity drops below the rated spec and cannot be recovered by adjusting cycle times; pressure drop across the beds increases significantly; or the generator's production flow rate decreases by more than 15%.
Yes, with proper training and equipment. The process involves: depressurizing the system, removing the bed caps, extracting old CMS, filling new CMS to the specified level, and purging before restart. We provide detailed instructions with each order.
