FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which sensor type should I choose for my PSA nitrogen generator?

For most industrial applications, electrochemical sensors offer the best value. Choose zirconia if you need faster response time, longer sensor life (3–5 years vs 1–2 years), or are measuring very low O₂ concentrations.

How often should I calibrate the analyzer?

Monthly calibration is recommended for electrochemical sensors. Zirconia sensors require calibration every 3 months. Auto-calibration with ambient air simplifies the process.
