Pressure Regulators & Flow Meters

Precision Control ±0.1 bar — Thermal Mass Flow Meters with Digital Output

Key Features

Why This Accessory Matters

01

Ultra-Precise Regulation

Piston-sensed regulator maintains output pressure within ±0.1 bar regardless of inlet fluctuations.

02

Thermal Mass Sensing

Direct mass flow measurement without temperature/pressure compensation.

03

Digital Communication

4–20 mA, pulse, and Modbus RTU output options for all flow meters.

04

Wide Turndown

50:1 turndown ratio on thermal mass flow meters for low-flow sensitivity.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need both a pressure regulator and a flow meter?

For most applications, yes. The pressure regulator stabilizes the output pressure, while the flow meter provides the measurement needed for process control and billing. Some all-in-one units combine both functions.

What is the difference between thermal mass and differential pressure flow meters for N₂?

Thermal mass meters measure mass flow directly and have better turndown (50:1 vs 10:1). DP meters are less expensive but require temperature and pressure compensation for mass flow calculation.
